Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. This Regulation amends Article6 regarding inspection procedures, Article 15 regarding preliminary investigation, Article 16 regarding preliminary investigation report, Article 17 regarding notification to applicants, Article 18 regarding investigation, Article 20 regarding investigation report, Article 23 regarding defense statement, Article 24 regarding acceptance of inspection reports as investigation reports, and Article 25 regarding exception against decision.
