Abstract
This Regulation adds the definition of “areas of renewable energy sources” in Article 4. This Regulation amends Paragraph 3/c of Article 5 regarding transfer of license, Paragraph 1 of Article 9 regarding pre-license application process, Article 12 regarding application process, Article 13 regarding assessment of pre-license application, Article 13 regarding conditions of refusal, Article 17 regarding obligations of the holder of pre-license, Article 18 regarding modification of pre-license, Article 24 regarding modification of license, Article 27 regarding sanctions and revocation of license, Article 29 and 33 regarding rights and obligations of licensee, Article 34 regarding rights and obligations of licensee for electricity supply, Article 57 regarding share transfer, Article 59 regarding merger of the company of licensee with another company, Article 60 regarding R&D activities and Provisional Clause 19 regarding obligations of licensee as per Information Safety Management System. This Regulation repeals Paragraph 1 of Article 52 regarding reporting.
