Regulation amending the Regulation on licenses regarding electricity market.

This Regulation makes a minor change in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. Moreover this Regulation amends Article 5/3/(c) regarding obligations of the preliminary license holders, Article 9 regarding duration of preliminary license, Paragraphs 1, 5 and 7 of Article 12 regarding application procedures for preliminary licensing, Article 17/1 regarding obligations of applicants, Paragraphs of 3, 8 and 9 of Article 18 regarding amendment of preliminary license, Article 20/6 regarding application procedures for licensing, Article 21/1 regarding application procedures for licensing, Article 25/1 regarding renewal of license, Article 30/1 regarding rights and obligations of electricity generation licensee, Article 31/2 regarding rights and obligations of electricity transmission licensee, Article 33/2 regarding rights and obligations of electricity distribution licensee, Article 43/9 regarding fees for licensing, Article 45/3 regarding letter of guarantee, and Article 46/1 regarding expropriation. This Regulation adds Paragraphs 5 and 6 to the Article 13 regarding processing of the application for preliminary licensing, Paragraph 6 to the Article 15 regarding application evaluation, Paragraphs 5 and 6 to the Article 19 regarding termination of preliminary license, Paragraphs 14 and 15 to the Article 24 regarding amendment of license, Paragraph 6 to the Article 27 regarding sanctions and termination of license, Paragraph 6 to the Article 29 regarding rights and obligations of license holder, and the Provisional Clause 24 regarding application procedures for renewable energy resources.
