Abstract
This Regulation makes a minor change in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. This Regulation amends Article 6/3 regarding licensing of LPG, Article 7 regarding application procedures, Article 10 regarding application evaluation, Article 15/4 regarding amendment of LPG license, Article 16/2 regarding license extension, Article 18/4 regarding rights and obligations of the licensee, Article 20/1 regarding LPG distribution license, Article 36/4 regarding restrictions on wholesale, and Article 40/2 regarding income share. Furthermore this Regulation repeals Article 38 and Paragraph 3 of Article 17.
