Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 40/1 regarding income share by the licensees from LPG wholesale. This Regulation repeals Article 43. Furthermore this Regulation adds the Provisional Clause 4 regarding setting the cost of income share.

Entry into force notes
The Provisional Clause 4 of the Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and the other provisions enter into force on 1 January 2018.
Notes
The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Head of the Energy Market Regulatory Board.
