Regulation amending the Regulation on natural mineral waters.

This Regulation amends The Regulation on Natural Mineral Waters. The Regulation makes minor amendments in articles 1, 2 and 4 by changing the titles responsible institutions. The Regulation also amends Article. 3 of the Regulation on natural mineral waters as ‘This Regulation implements articles 200, 201, 202, 206 of the Public Health Law No. 1593 dated April 1930, Article. 27 of the Law No. 5996 and Article. 40 of the Decree Law on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health’. The Regulation further makes several minor changes in different articles. The amended articles concern microbiological criteria, procedures of application and certification, inspection and analysis, the inspection and review committee, procedures concerning permits for enterprises, production standards, filtration, packaging, labelling and publicity.
