Abstract
This Regulation amends Subparagraph (c) of Paragraph 1 of Article 7 regarding required qualifications of natural mineral water in terms of microbiological properties. In Paragraph 4 of Article 8, the validity period of permit for exported natural mineral water has been changed to five years. In Paragraph 2/A of Article 23, the validity period of permit for containers to be used in the filling of natural mineral water has been changed to five years. Furthermore, this Regulation amends Paragraph 3 of Article 26 regarding the responsibilities of managing director.
