Abstract
This Regulations amends the Regulation on permits and licenses foreseen by the Environment Act. The Regulation amends Articles 1, 3, 5 on the definition and principles of environmental licenses that companies are obliged to get, Articles 7 and 8 on the rules and procedures of application for temporary certificate of status. The Regulation further amends Articles 10 and 13 on duration and changes of requirements environmental licenses and certificates of status. The Regulation finally amends the additional clauses.
