Abstract
This Regulation adds new subparagraphs to Article 5 of the Principal Regulation regarding the approval procedures for the activities to be carried out in the protected areas and natural sites in accordance with the decisions taken by the Regional Commissions. Articles 8 and 9 are amended by modifying the definition of the qualified protected area and sustainable protection and controlled are of utilization. The distinctive features of monumental trees are listed in Article 11.
