Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation on production, certification and marketing of the strawberry seedling by making minor changes in several articles. The Regulation amends Article. 3 concerning the definitions, Article. 4 covering general provisions for the production, certification and marketing of strawberry seedlings. The other amended articles covers provisions on planting areas, submission of required documents in order to get certificate for strawberry seedlings, parcel controls, parcels to be canceled and provisions concerning inspections. The Regulation further amends the article concerning the Ministry responsible and authorized to govern the provisions of the Regulation on production, certification and marketing of the strawberry seedling.
