Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation on the protection of breeders’ rights for new plant species. The Regulation amends Clause (b) of Article. 4 – Definitions by Changing ‘General Directorate of Protection and Control’ into ‘General Directorate of Agricultural Protection and Development’.
