Abstract
This Regulation makes amendment in Article 12(2)(j) of the principal Regulation regarding the location selection of regular storage facilities considering the status of underground and surface water resources and protection basins in the region, groundwater level and groundwater flow directions; sealing measures to be taken to prevent groundwater pollution; and impact assessment of deep injection disposal method on groundwater according to the criteria, principles and procedures in accordance with the Act No. 167 relative to groundwaters.
