Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. This Regulation amends Article 8 regarding conditions for water intake, Article 10 regarding drainage of peat, Article 19 regarding determination of protected areas, Article 23 regarding procedures for activities which are carried out in controlled use areas, Article 24 regarding procedures for activities which are carried out in buffer zones, Article 26 regarding procedures for activities which are carried out in seasonal and steady watercourse and coastal zone, and Article 29 regarding implementation of management plans in accordance with the Ramsar Convention.
