Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 18 of the Principal Regulation regarding the procedures for the determination and registration of wetlands of national importance. This Regulation inserts new paragraphs in Article 24 regarding wetland activity permit applications procedures for activities subject to Environmental Impact Assessment process and issuing permit for activities listed in Annexes I and II.
