Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in Article 5 regarding the application procedures for the operators; application evaluation; control over the documents issued in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation concerning delegation of powers and inspection in the seed sector; and the issuance of registration document.

Entry into force notes
Article 2 of this Regulation shall be effective six months after the publication date and the other provisions enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Notes
The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
