Abstract
This Regulation makes minor amendments in the Regulation regarding the export of sugar and the issuance of preliminary permits. The Regulation adds a new Notification (Notification No. 96/31) to Article 2 regarding the legislation that the original regulation implements. The Regulation also makes minor changes in articles 4, 5i 6 and 7. The Regulation further amends articles 9, 10 and 12 regarding the required documentation for preliminary permits. Finally the Regulation makes minor changes in the Annex 1 of the original Regulation.
