Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 5 of the Principal Regulation regarding the valuation of agricultural lands, Article 8 regarding the procedures to be applied for all kinds of ownership transfer requests for agricultural lands, and Article 13 regarding the conversion of the agricultural land qualification in the title deed to another agricultural land qualification. Moreover, this Regulation adds Annexes I and II on the report and the evaluation of cultivated agricultural lands.
