Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes regarding the application procedures for the operators of warehouse, retail, and collective consumption, and food production companies. Furthermore, food companies engaged in sugar production and packaging are obliged to issue a written engagement as shown in the Annex-15 during the application process.

Entry into force notes
Articles 1, 4, 6, 8 and 9 enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and the other provisions shall be effective six months after the publication date.
Notes
The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
