Abstract
This Regulation amends The Regulation on special hygiene rules for food of animal origin by making minor changes in Article. 12 concerning rules for slaughter houses. The Regulation further repeals the second paragraph of Article. 30. and by making minor changes in Article. 31 concerning rules for minced meat, meat preparations and mechanically separated meat.
