Abstract
This Regulation amends the scope of the Regulation in Paragraph 1 of Article 1 as “This Regulation aims at increasing the water quality and protecting natural resources by promoting the founder and operator of wastewater treatment facilities that recycle and/or discharge wastewater into the receiving environment”. This Regulation amends some descriptions including “receiving environment” and “management of wastewater treatment facilities”. Furthermore, this Regulation amends Article 4 regarding beneficiaries, Paragraph 2 of Article 5 regarding the conditions for obtaining a reimbursement certificate, Paragraph 1/B of Article 6 regarding partial payment, Article 8 regarding cancellation of reimbursement certificate, and Article 9 regarding inspection and administrative sanctions. This Regulation adds Paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 to the Article 7 regarding procedural matters and repeals Paragraph 2/B of Article 6.
