Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 4 on definition of consignor, Article 5 regarding equipment required for vehicles, Article 28 regarding fines and Provisional Clause 1 regarding certificate of conformity for vehicles. Furthermore the deadline for employing a dangerous goods safety advisor and for tunnel marking has been prolonged until 31 December 2017.
