Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section in Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Regulation. Moreover this Regulation amends Article 5 regarding connectivity of production facilities, Article 6 regarding agreements on use of connection and system of electricity market, Article 7 regarding allocated power capacity, Article 8 regarding limits in transmission system, Article 10 regarding application for connection, Article 12 regarding agreements on use of connection and system of electricity market, Article 13 regarding connection to the distribution system, Article 14 regarding allocated power capacity, Article 20 regarding transmission network, Article 21 regarding distribution network, Article 25 regarding payment procedures, Article 26 regarding maintenance, Article 33 regarding force majeure, Article 37 regarding transform of distribution facilities under possession of consumers by electricity distribution company. This Regulation repeals Article 38 and adds articles 10/A and 10/B regarding application evaluation for connection and connecting line.
