Abstract
This Regulation amends Paragraph 4 regarding edible animals, Paragraph 5 regarding product licensing, Paragraph 10 regarding licensing for international marketing and repeals Paragraph 14 of Article 5. This Regulation adds subparagraph (g) to Paragraph 1 of Article 81 as “in case of identifying pharmaceutical warehouses not carrying out their activities consistently during inspection”. Paragraph 7 regarding compliance of veterinary medical products with the provisions of the Regulation and Paragraph 8 regarding good manufacturing practice certificate of Provisional Clause 1 has been amended. Furthermore, this Regulation repeals Paragraphs 4 and 11 of Provisional Clause 1.

Entry into force notes
The provisions regarding exportable veterinary medical products of Article 3 enter into force on 31 December 2015, remained provisions of Article 3 enter into force the day it is published as of 31 October 2015 and other provisions in this Regulation enter into force on the day it is published.

The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock.
