Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 5 regarding marketing permit, Article 8 regarding procedures for marketing permit, Article 10 regarding product specifications, Article 13 regarding trade name, Article 14 and 15 regarding application evaluation procedures, Article 19 regarding authorization of sale, Article 39 regarding veterinary drug warehouse, Article 40 regarding licensing of veterinary drug warehouse, Article 44 regarding change of trade name, Article 45 regarding retail sale, Article 65 regarding re-evaluation, Article 66 regarding removal of drugs from the market, Article 76 regarding production, distribution and use of autovaccin, Article 77 regarding suspension of marketing permit, Article 80 regarding inspection of selling area, and the Provisional Clause 1 regarding placing on the market. This Regulation repeals Paragraph 4 of Article 6.
