Regulation amending the Regulation on veterinary medical products.

This Regulation amends Paragraph 2 of Article 21 regarding permit for the production of veterinary medical products, as “Production facilities authorized by the Ministry may produce only veterinary medical products. However, without prejudice to the provisions of the legislation regulated by the relevant Ministries and Institutions, provided that measures taken by the producer to prevent the risk of cross-contamination approved by the General Directorate, production facilities may produce supplementary foods and medicinal products for human use in appropriate form and class”.
