Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. Furthermore this Regulation amends Paragraph 3 of Article 2 regarding waste management due to mining and construction, Article 5 regarding general principles of waste management, Article 9 regarding obligations of waste generator, Article 10 regarding obligations of waste handling facilities, Article 12 regarding waste code list, Article 13 regarding temporary storage, Article 19 regarding by-products, Article 21 regarding responsibilities of the authorized institution, Article 22 regarding transboundary movement of waste, and Article 23 regarding export and transit of waste. Moreover this Regulation makes minor changes in Annexes.
