Regulation amending the Regulation on water pollution control.

This Regulation makes amendments in the principal Regulation by inserting new definitions, such as of greywater, into Article 3; amending Article 4 regarding recycling and reuse in wastewater management in accordance with circular economy principles; inserting new paragraph on dredging of natural lakes and dam lakes and disposal of sediments in a way that does not harm the environment and human health, into Article 21; amending Article 24 regarding sea water quality criteria stated in Table 4 of the Annex; amending Article 27 regarding discharge standards; amending Article 28 regarding reuse of treated wastewater; amending Article 31 regarding discharge standards of industrial wastewater; amending Article 32 regarding discharge standards of domestic wastewater; amending Articles 33, 34, 35 and 36 regarding the characteristics of wastewaters allowed for deep sea discharge and standards; inserting new paragraphs on the obligation of wastewater treatment facilities to take precautions against pollution into Article 38; inserting new paragraph on the reporting requirements of wastewater treatment cooperatives to the Minister into Article 43; amending Article 54 regarding the responsibility of wastewater treatment facilities to monitor all operations and keep records; and amending the Annex as shown in the attachment to this Regulation.
