Regulation on biocidal products.

This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of the controls of risk assessment of biocidal products before their placing on the market. It also provides for the rules and procedures of production, licensing, registration, packaging, labeling, classification and export. The provisions of this Regulation covers real and legal persons having a licence for the production, export and for placing on the market of biocidal products such as disinfectants and general biocidal products, preservatives, biocidal products used for pest control, preservatives for food or feedstocks, antifouling products , embalming and taxidermist fluids and control of other vertebrates.
