Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of the inspection of plant protection products in phases of production, import and use. The Regulation further covers provisions on the control of packages, labels and leaflets of plant protection products and the rules and procedures of sampling and analysis of these products. The Regulation consists 40 articles and 9 annex clauses.
