Regulation on delegation of powers relating to the certification of seeds.

This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles regarding the delegation of powers and functions concerning sampling, analysis, control and certification of seeds of cereals, beet, oleaginous and fibrous plants. Companies and individuals involved in seed production are not allowed to carry out neither inspection nor sampling for control purposes. Those who wish to carry out seed certification must apply to the General Directorate of Protection and Control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
