Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles of production and marketing of edible legume and forage plant seeds to ensure production of quality seed and to control harmful organisms by determining quality standards. This Regulation does not cover seeds used for scientific and R&D studies and studies for protection of genetic variability.
