Abstract
This Regulation lays down provisions on the establishment of the National Milk Council by the unions, associations, cooperatives formed by milk producers and the representatives of the unions, associations, cooperatives formed by industrialists and the real and legal persons who are members of these, the relevant research and education institutions, professional chambers, consumer organizations and public institutions and organizations, and the working procedures and principles in order to carry out studies within the framework of the national agricultural policies specified in the Agriculture Law No. 5488.
