Regulation on the establishment duties powers responsibilities and on the working principles and procedures of control laboratories.

This Regulation lays down provisions concerning the principles and provisions on the establishment, duties, powers and responsibilities of control laboratories. The Regulation also sets forth provisions on working principles and procedures of the control laboratories and their audit. The Regulation covers laboratories giving seed control services and laboratories making hygiene and quality analysis of food, feed and materials and articles which are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
