Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the measures to be taken against Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al and sets forth the rules and procedures to prevent its occurrence and spread. The Regulation is drafted in accordance with the European Council Directive 98/57/EC on the control of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al.
