Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures related to fight against San José Scale. The Regulation covers the minimum measures to be taken to control San José Scale and to prevent its spread. This regulation is drafted in accordance with the European Council Directive 2006/91/EC on control of San José Scale.
