Abstract
In line with the environmental strategies and policies determined by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the National Environmental Agency shall ooperate with local governments, national or international institutions or organizations, universities, non-governmental organizations and real or legal persons, develop joint projects and carry out activities, and if deemed appropriate, provide financial and technical support to municipalities, provincial administrations, educational institutions and other institutions and organizations.

Notes
