Abstract
This Regulation lays down provisions on the establishment of evaluation and certification systems in order to reduce the negative effects of buildings and settlements on the environment by using natural resources and energy efficiently and the procedures and principles regarding the qualifications of green certificate experts, green certificate assessment experts and educational organizations and the evaluation criteria of green buildings and green settlements.
