Regulation on the implementation of Article 18 of the Forest Law No. 6831.

This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles for permit and collection of permit fee, according to Article 18 of the Forest Law. To this end, some facilities and constructions may be allowed in forest areas, including land-based aquaculture facilities, forest plant nurseries in degraded forest areas, facilities for cultivation of mushroom and medicinal aromatic plants, and facilities for the processing of non-wood products as finished or semi-finished products.
