Abstract
This Regulation lays down provisions on works and transactions regarding the permits to be granted according to Articles 17 and 18 of the Forest Law No. 6831, and the implementation procedures and principles of Article 115, Annex 9, Annex 11 and Provisional Clause 8 of the same Law and the collection of fees regarding these works and transactions. The collection of payments include fees for afforestation and erosion control in case of applying for a permit to carry out activities according to Articles 17 and 18 of the Forest Law.
