Regulation on the implementation of Paragraph 3 of Article 17 of the Forest Law No. 6831.

This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles for permit and collection of permit fee according to Paragraph 3 of Article 17, Article 115, additional clauses 9 and 11, and provisional clause 8. In case of public interest and necessity, some facilities and constructions may be allowed in forest areas, including water facilities such as water exploration, geothermal spring and natural mineral water exploration, wells, catchment areas, water transmission line, water tank; wastewater facilities; solid waste transfer station, solid waste disposal and landfill facilities.
