Abstract
This Regulation addresses the evaluation of burned forest areas in accordance with the Paragraph 2 of Article 17 of the Forestry Law. It lays down rules on the construction of all kinds of structures and facilities in state forests for the purposes of occupation, utilization, planting, settlement; tree planting in areas obtained by cutting, clearing, uprooting or pruning; and evaluation activities by the General Directorate of Forestry.
