Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to determine the application procedures and principles of permits to be given according to Article 16 of the Forest Law No. 6831, the permit fees to be collected, and the procedures and principles for the rehabilitation of the permitted area in the permit period from the beginning to the end. The activities subject to permit and permit fee according to Article 16 of the Forest Law include mining and raw material production.
