Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of project approvals of hydraulic structures which are to be built by natural or legal persons and the audit and inspection during their construction. It covers provisions on the delegation of audit firms, defines the duties and responsibilities of the firms as well as the duties and compulsory qualifications of their staff . The Regulation also defines terms of service agreements and rates of audit and inspection services.
