Abstract
This Regulation lays down rules for the land survey and designation of consolidation areas; procedures for the consolidation of areas subject to private property; cadastral activities; putting a notification regarding land consolidation onto the title deed; measures to be taken in the consolidation areas; the structure and functioning of the Commission of Land Valuation; announcement of land valuation; land use planning; common use areas and public facilities; re-parcelling of land; land registration; agricultural land development services; procedures for the sales of land; and expropriation. Land survey shall be mapped in accordance with the soil classification standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The agricultural land development services shall be given in order to increase soil and irrigation efficiency, protect agricultural land, and increase the value of agricultural land. Data sharing shall be carried out in accordance with the Regulation on the establishment and management of the National Geographic Information System.
