Abstract
This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles for seasonal leasing by the Ministry of agricultural lands owned by real and legal persons and which have not been cultivated for two consecutive years. The purpose of this Regulation is to incorporate uncultivated agricultural lands into agricultural production.
