Regulation on measures regarding natural gas market distribution licenses.

This Regulation provides for measures to prevent the disruption of natural gas distribution service and to protect consumers by determining in advance the situations that may prevent the supply of natural gas to consumers in a quality, continuous, cheap and competitive manner, without giving harm to the environment. This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles regarding the cancellation of the distribution license, the sale of the network, the tender to be held to determine the new license holder and the transfer of the network.
