Abstract
This Regulation outlines the procedures and principles for resolving legal disputes arising from agricultural production contracts through mediation. It specifies that arbitration is a mandatory step in cases related to agricultural production contracts, and parties must engage in arbitration before initiating legal proceedings. The provisions set out in this Regulation apply to cases filed after 1 September 2023. This Regulation also lays down provisions on the selection and appointment of mediators based on their expertise in contractual matters related to agricultural production.
