Regulation on navigation, hydrography and oceanography.

This Regulation lays down rules for the composition, structure, working principles and procedures, duties and obligations of the Navigation, Hydrography and Oceanography Planning and Coordination Committee; duties and obligations of the Coast Guard Command, other relevant institutions and universities; data collection and classification of data confidentiality; and marine survey and mapping. The Navigation, Hydrography and Oceanography Planning and Coordination Committee shall conduct research and coordinate the studies on navigation, hydrography, oceanography, marine geophysics and geology in order to promote safe navigation.
