Regulation on the organization and working procedures and principles of the Turkish Environment Agency.

This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles regarding the timely and duly fulfillment of the activities to be carried out by the Turkish Environment Agency, and provisions on the duties and jurisdictions of the organs and service units, the appointment of the members of the management and advisory board, the employment of personnel, and the organizational structure and work.
