Regulation on permits for and operators of coastal facilities.

This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles for the approaching and leaving of ships and non-ship marine vessels to coastal facilities, accommodation in coastal facilities, loading and unloading and/or embarking or disembarking passengers on ships, as well as the service principles of coastal facility operators. This Regulation shall apply to commercial coastal facilities and their operators that provide services to ships and non-ship vessels, such as fishing ports.
